Brian joined McLean & Kerr LLP in 2006 after working with a major Toronto law firm for three years. Brian's practice focuses on all areas of corporate finance and securities transactions and includes mergers and acquisitions, general corporate matters and cross-border transactions. Brian currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Limited/Exempt Market Dealers Association and has served on the Board of Directors of other corporations.

Brian is currently completing his Master of Laws focusing on corporate finance and securities law.
